Despite going to bed at 6.10am this morning and getting up at midday I still managed to find time to make pretzels! I am insane! Now these are very tasty but I'm not sure they were worth the effort to be honest. Lots of kneading, waiting and pissing about rolling out. The problem is my work top was not large enough to roll them out properly! That's why I've ended up with these kinda fat looking pretzels! I've also made a couple of meat and potato pies!
